OEM Customization Process
Requirement Confirmation: The customer provides the vehicle's intended use, operating environment, and national standards. Based on this information, we determine the vehicle model, load rating, emission standards, and functional requirements.
Configuration Development: Based on the customer's selected chassis or trailer model, we determine the specific configuration, including the powertrain, axle configuration, brake structure, hydraulic system, and more.
Technical Drawing and Sample Confirmation: For customized structural components or assembly systems, detailed technical drawings or sample data are provided. Upon customer confirmation, the process proceeds to the next stage.
Segmented Production and Quality Inspection: Production is organized by assembly module, with key components such as the frame, steering system, and electrical wiring harness individually inspected to ensure that technical specifications meet standards.
